By using the Tricoexam website or platform, you agree to this Refund Policy. The company reserves the right to change this policy without notice.

This Policy defines the cancellation of the purchases made by the user through the Tricoexam Platform and the refund of the price paid for the said purchases. The terms and conditions mentioned under the Terms of Use published shall be read along with this policy.

Cancellation and Refund:

1. Once products or services are ordered and processed, request for cancellations or replacement of orders or purchases shall not be entertained.

2. The Company may refund only in case of faulty and damaged Products or non-working services.

3. Faulty or non-working services must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of discovery.

4. The amount of the Refund shall be based on the service or product price paid by he user for the same, prorated with respect to the period of use before the reporting of the failure of the product or services in relation to the full term of service.

5. The refund will be processed for the cancelled service only through the same mode of payment i.e. payment to the same account which you used during the transaction. For Credit card/Debit card mode of payment, refund processing time is as per the bank’s standard time frame which is approximately 8-10 business days.
